Megan is a leading health and medical marketing strategist with 25+ years’ experience helping private practices grow through ethical, compliant and results-driven marketing and HealthCourses. She has supported thousands of clinicians across Australia to expand their reach while staying aligned with Ahpra Advertising Guidelines. With qualifications in business, communications and marketing - plus advanced training in digital course creation and coaching psychology - Megan specialises in teaching practice owners how to create scalable HealthCourses that improve patient outcomes and generate sustainable revenue.
Sonja is a Partner in the MinterEllison national health industry practice. She provides commercial and regulatory advice to State and Commonwealth health departments, public hospitals, private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and Universities. She commonly advises clients on compliance with statutory requirements, health privacy and confidentiality, research arrangements and public health sector funding. Sonja holds qualifications in law and medical science and completed a Masters of Laws in the fields of health law, policy and bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Brad Stewart is an audiologist and independent practice development consultant. He helps practice owners build peaceful, profitable practices. He founded a house call-based private practice in 2014 which he quickly grew to over $1m treatment revenue serving nearly 100 senior living communities. Over time, he added two office locations and a multi-disciplinary clinical team. Brad focused on building a systems-driven practice and removed himself from day to day operations, allowing him to exit profitably at the end of 2021. His experiences in building, optimizing, and exiting from his practice are the foundation of his consulting, training, and products, which are used in over 500 offices across North America and internationally.
